The Blue Falcon
A jewel thief and pirate terrorising Europe, he steals The Lights of the King (after using Rochefort and Widimer to find to map), he loses the Jewels in his first battle with Dogtanian (Pip uses them as marbles) and is later arrested.
Cardinal's Guards
A mixture of dogs and pigs the Guards, whilst technically on the same side as the Muskteteers, often fight with them. And tend to lose.
François LaVache
Dogtanian's rival from Béarn, he's the son of the mayor which has made him very arrogant.
